We aim to provide you with a top-quality laundry experience with unmatched convenience. These Terms and Conditions outline the access to and use of the website (www.upsoak.com) services and mobile application. By using our services, you agree to our Terms and Conditions. We advise you to read these Terms and Conditions carefully to better understand our services, commitments, and responsibilities while using our website/application to pick up and drop laundry and dry cleaning services.

1. Services, Website, and Application Use

You agree not to use our services, website, and application for any unlawful purposes. You agree not to take any action that may damage/interfere with the website, services, or application. You agree not to use, copy, or share our content without prior written authorization from UPSOAK. While using our website, application, or services, you agree to comply with the laws of your home nation as well as the country, state, and city where you are located. If users do not comply with any of the above-mentioned rules, UPSOAK has the right to terminate the services and use of our website and application.

2. Consent Before Treatment of Item

If a garment has old stubborn stains, is torn, or a care instruction label is missing, we will take the user’s consent before processing the item(s). Although we have a team of experts, if we do not receive your approval, we will not proceed with the processing of the item(s). If we receive approval to process the item(s), then the user will be held responsible for any damage incurred to the item(s). UPSOAK will try to remove all stains with the utmost care, though we can not guarantee complete removal.

3. Counting of Items at the Time of Pick up

Once an order is placed by the user, our pick-up driver counts the bags and items, obtaining the user's signature to verify the completion of the pickup process. Garment inspection is not included at the time of garment pick up. Upon arrival of items at the UPSOAK facility, our team of sorting experts takes a meticulous count of every garment and conducts a comprehensive inspection of stains, defects and damage. UPSOAK promptly notified users about any identified issues. Additionally, UPSOAK notified their users by sending a consent form in which clear pictures of the defective item were uploaded.

4. Customer Issue Reporting

Upon delivery of the order, the customer formally reports an issue within 24 hours.

5. Issue Resolve Timeline

The UPSOAK team will take a minimum of 24 hours to resolve the issue raised.

6. Delivery Timeline Policy

We know our customer’s needs, and we strive to deliver garments on time, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally result in delay.

7. Garment Care and Liability Policy

At UPSOAK, we handle all fabrics with utmost care. However, some clothes may naturally bleed, so UPSOAK can not be held responsible for discoloration or damage. Although we have a team of experts to identify such fabrics, you are strictly advised to mention such item(s) when placing an order through our application or website. This will help our experts to take additional precautions. We will appreciate your cooperation and understanding in such matters.

8. Refund and Rewash Policy

The UPSOAK may offer a partial or full refund or a complimentary rewash, depending upon the circumstances. The final determination of such a resolution rests with UPSOAK management.

9. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel/reschedule your order at any time before the scheduled pickup. Customers can reschedule the delivery as long as the item has not yet been dispatched from the facility.

10. Lost Items

At the time of delivery, the customer is required to count the items and verify that all item(s) have been received. The delivery will be considered complete once the customer acknowledges receipt of all items. The company will not be held responsible for any claims of lost items made after the delivery has been completed.

11. Payment Policy

UPSOAK uses a third-party payment processor, Cashfree.
